The main activities of the Graduate Studies Department of the Language Center include:

Holding meetings of the Graduate Studies Specialized Council and proposing and approving master’s thesis suggestions.

Following up and referring the decisions of the Program Planning Committee and the Graduate Studies Council of the university.

Reviewing regulations and examining related issues to provide the center's opinions to the university’s Graduate Studies Council.

Examining requests for changes or modifications to thesis titles and proposing and approving them in the Graduate Studies Specialized Council of the center.

Entering information about proposals, grades, graduation session minutes, etc., into the Golestan system.

Coordinating the registration of new students, course selection, and course correction for graduate students.

Coordinating the offering of graduate courses and necessary arrangements for scheduling.

Coordinating the organization of thesis defense sessions for master’s students.

Reviewing documents and determining the scores of faculty members applying for incentive capacity.

Reviewing documents and determining the scores of sample thesis advisors and graduate student samples at the Graduate Studies Center.
