The language center of Isfahan University of Technology was launched in 1358 at the same time as the establishment of this university. Due to the insufficient language training of students before entering the university, this center is working with the aim of developing the English language skills of students in teaching general and specialized language courses of different fields of Isfahan University of Technology and providing educational services for the students of these faculties.
The Language Center of Isfahan University of Technology, in addition to providing a wide range of general and specialized languages for various engineering and basic science disciplines, editing and translating articles in various disciplines, has been accepting students in the master's level of English language education since 2013. With up-to-date equipment and suitable facilities, including a language laboratory equipped with Xclass multimedia system, 2,349 volumes of books, the Internet and an electronic bank of educational content, the language center provides students with the necessary tools to use up-to-date resources. To benefit from scientific writings in English and domestic and international exams.
The most important activity of the educational assistant is to provide educational services to accepted students, from admission to graduation.
In short, these measures can be considered as including the following:
- Carrying out educational tasks: registration, restoration, preliminary registration, emergency removal, exams during each semester and monitoring its implementation.
- Carrying out and following up the approvals of the educational planning council of the university.
-Coordination between educational groups and cooperation with supervisors from the beginning of admission to the issuance of graduation minutes.
- Examining the academic progress of students in terms of probation, years and the number of units obtained.
- Arranging the minutes of the students' graduation meeting and announcing graduation to the General Department of Education.
